Title: Dexter Star Velez to Take Role on Ugly Betty
Lauren Velez, also known as Lt. Maria Laguerta on Showtime's Dexter, has been confirmed to appear on the TV show Ugly Betty on the ABC network further down in the current season in a multi-episode story arc, according to the Reporter. Though the delails in regards to her role are being kept confidential, it has been reported that Velez will play a nurse that will live with the Suarez family along with being linked to a scheme that may have something to do with a major characters death.
